Phoneari couples to the desk phone on your desk via uaCSTA/CSTA and controls it directly from the app: dial, answer, hold, transfer and pick up – without any cryptic key codes on the device.

  • Controls in sync – what you do on screen happens on the phone, and vice versa.
  • Transfer & hold – transfer attended or blind, park calls and resume them.
  • Call pickup – pull ringing calls from colleagues to your seat with one click.

At home

One click – and you call from the computer.

No desk phone at hand? One click on the softphone button and the same client becomes a full softphone (WebRTC/SIP) – on exactly the same number as in the office. A headset is all you need.

  • Same number – callers can't tell whether you're in the office or at home.
  • No hardware – no second app, no second device, just a headset.
  • Busy-lamp field (BLF) – in softphone mode you see in real time who is free, on a call or ringing.
